Snow Lotus Seed improves skin elasticity, nourishes yin and adds moisture to the skin.
Recipe:
1. Soak and rinse the Snow Lotus Seeds for up to 12 hours until it softens
2. Put the snow lotus seeds into a pot along with ingredients like lily bulbs(百合), white fungus(雪耳), red dates (紅棗), longan (桂圓肉) and peach gum (桃胶)。
3. Add water and simmer for 30 minutes and add rock sugar as needed.
