  • Platycodon, is a species of herbaceous flowering perennial plant of the family Campanulaceae, and the only member of the genus Platycodon, has a wealth of health benefits that can be derived by including it in your diet. 

Platycodon is a flowering plant that is native to Korea, Japan, China and some parts of Siberia. 
The plant bears large bell-like flowers with various colors - from pink, blue and white. 
In Korea, the plant is known as doraji and its root, either dried or fresh, is a popular ingredient in salads and traditional cuisine.

- Tea brewing method -

1. Rinse the herbs with cold running water then soak it for 30min.
2. Water : Herbs ( 2liters : 30g ) 
3. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 30min ~ 2hr or more. ( Roots, Seeds or Fruits : 1hr - 2hr / Loose leaves : 10min-30min )
