材料:金蝉花3-5只,西洋参3-5g
做法:1,金蝉花洗净淋干备用
      2,将金蝉花和西洋参一起放入炖盅内,加入适量水,隔水慢火炖3小时,即可食用


金蝉花老鸭汤:
材料:金蝉花5-8只,老公鸭半只,姜4-5片,料酒,盐少许
做法:1,金蝉花洗净淋干备用
      2,老鸭洗净,切块,备用
      3,将金蝉花,老鸭,姜片一起放入砂锅内,产加适量料酒,水,文火炖3个小时以上,食用时加适量盐即可。
