This is a classic Haiwan production "深山老树" (lit. Remote Mountain, Old Tree).  First offered in 2005 as a premium blend of tea leaves from Menghai area, it was later expanded to a premium raw offering. The raw material of this tea is selected from the old tea trees in the virgin forests of Menghai, Yunnan, which grow alone in the clouds and fog to isolate them from pollution.
