Premium Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) Oolong Tea – Authentic Wuyi Mountain Rock Tea – Rich & Complex Flavor
Tea Characteristics:

Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) is the most legendary Wuyi Rock Tea (Yancha) from Fujian, China. Grown on the mineral-rich cliffs of Wuyi Mountain, this tea is hand-picked from century-old bushes and carefully roasted to develop its deep, layered flavor.

Origin: Wuyi Mountain UNESCO Reserve (core growing region)

Leaf Appearance: Dark, twisted leaves with reddish-brown edges

Roast Level: Medium to high (balanced roast for depth & smoothness)

Grade: First-Class (特级) – Made from high-elevation tea plants

Flavor & Aroma:

Taste: Bold roasted notes with hints of dark chocolate, caramel, and stone fruit, finishing with a sweet, mineral aftertaste (Yan Yun – "rock rhyme").
Aroma: Rich & earthy with touches of orchid, honey, and a subtle smokiness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, full-bodied, and lingering with a warming spice sensation.
️ Brewing Instructions:

Gongfu Style (Best for Full Flavor):

        5g tea / 100ml water (195–205°F / 90–96°C)

Quick rinse (5 sec), then steep 10–15 sec, increasing with each infusion (lasts 8+ brews).

    Western Style (Easy & Quick):

1 tsp per cup (200ml), steep 2–3 min. Adjust to taste.

Best Brewing Tools: Purple clay teapot or gaiwan to enhance the tea’s complexity.
Storage Tips:

Keep in an airtight, dark container (away from light, moisture, and strong odors).

For long-term storage, vacuum-seal and store in a cool, dry place (avoid refrigeration unless unopened).
