flowers are often used to scent and add flavor to Green teas. The lovely fragrance is known to have a calmative effects that soothe the nerves, while the liquor
is refreshing and has a cooling effect on the body. The shown tea is from Hengxian, Guangxi province, China. All small, yellowish white jasmine bud. Its taste is sweet and delicate while the aroma is soothing
and very pleasant. The jasmine flowering time is May to August each year, the jasmine buds just harvested in June in the early stage of jasmine flowering time. To brew the jasmine bud tea,rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 5g tea for about 200ml of water. Infuse in hot water at 90°c (194°F) to 95°c
(203°F) for 2 to 4 minutes for the first and second brewing.
