Who is this for?

NOTE: Panax ginseng is different from American ginseng and Eleuthero (formerly Siberian ginseng). They are not interchangeable.

White Ginseng is simply unprocessed ginseng, which leaves it with its distinctive natural white color. In its natural state, White Ginseng has slightly cool properties, which makes this herb ideal for those with excess yang/heat in their inner bodies. By using White Ginseng instead of Red Ginseng, excess yang/heat can be balanced with the cool properties of the natural herb, whereas Red Ginseng could exacerbate feelings of heat with its additional hot properties. White Ginseng is particularly at balancing excess inner heat associated with stomach ailments and digestive problems.

Other than its cool properties, White Ginseng contains the same healing properties as Red Ginseng, including its ability to strengthen the Yuan Qi, or "Original Qi". Yuan Qi is the vital energy with which we all are born. Each person is born with a set amount of Yuan Qi, and when that is depleted, life is over. White Ginseng is one of the rare herbs that Chinese herbalists believe can strengthen Yuan Qi and enhance overall well-being.

How use: 
(1) cooked serving. Ginseng into 2cm slices will be placed in jars, fill water, sealed disk. 4-5 hours can be steamed cooked in vinegar and placed in use.
(2) chewing.2-3 tablets containing ginseng to ponder over in population, health-refreshing, stomach and delicious. 
(3) mills. Ginseng flowers into powder to day swallowing tea. Will be attended thinly sliced, or on a low flame before pouring, prepared with water, so it can use to build five minutes later. 
(4) island.Will be thinly sliced ginseng root into a jar full use of the liquor soaked 50-60. 

(5) heat food. Ginseng is often accompanied by a bitter taste in food, and if people lean meat, chicken, fish, cooked meals together, remove bitterness
