Tea pancake from the series "Best Leaves, Mature Tea" produced according to a relatively new technology, which provides a three-year aging of fermented tea raw before pressing, introduced at the Menku factory since 2014th. Thus, it turns out that this tea takes 3 years to mature, which, according to the company's technologists' opinion, has a positive effect on its taste.
Fermentation level is medium, tea raw is also medium in size (harvesting region: Lincang County). The pressing is reliable, due to which the surface and edges of the pancake are smooth, and it allows to preserve its shape and not crumble into pieces.
In taste predominate the nutty shades (that can be compared with baked chestnut and walnuts), which are complemented by flavors of red wine and prunes.
