Poria Cocos is a wood-decay fungus but has a terrestrial growth habit.
It is notable in the development of a large, long-lasting underground sclerotium that resembles a small coconut.
Common names include Wolfiporia extensa, hoelen, poria, tuckahoe, China root, fu ling (茯苓, pīnyīn: fúlíng), and matsuhodo.

Storage:
Stored in a dry place and no direct sunshine.
Sugest Use:
1. Rinse the herbs with cold running water then soak it for 30min.
2. Water : Herbs ( 2liters : 30g )
3. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 30min ~ 2hr or more. ( Roots, Seeds or Fruits : 1hr - 2hr / Loose leaves : 10min-30min )
