Raw (sheng) pu-erh tea is a kind of pu-erh tea that is made from non-fermented large green tea leaves that were picked, roasted, sun-dried and then steamed for being compressed into round disks called cakes.
9948, one of classic puerh tea cake of Haiwan tea, pu erh tea cake is clear, with green and white color, tea leaves would be easy to take, dried pu-erh tea has a slight smoky flavor, tea soup is bright yellow, with a hint of roasted bean aroma, tastes sweet but a little bit bitter, refresh and a orchid flavor, long lasting.
How to brew Puer Tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 5-8g pu-erh tea loose leaf, swirl and discard the water. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 90-95ºC (195-205ºF) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes, and then enjoy it!
Note: Don't allow the tea leaves in your teapot continue to steep.
