About the Rou Gui Oolong tea:
Rougui tea is a Wuyi Oolong tea.
The name literally means "cassia". The tea can be difficult to prepare,
but its distinctive sweet aroma can be brought out up to 7 steepings. It
was first developed during the Qing Dynasty. Curly leaves resembling
iron shards. The leaves are hand-rolled into the traditional twisted Yan
Cha form and pan-fired at their aromatic peak to arrest oxidation.
Afterwards they are charcoal-fired in small batches to produce the deep
green color and rich flavor that have made this tea one of China's most
famous tea. The aroma of the dry leaf is deliciously sweet while the
dark amber infusion is soft, smooth and malt.
This tea may be
traditionally processed producing a dark dry leaf and a rich smell or
processed according to new consumer standards, giving it a leaf of mixed
color and a more fruity aroma.

on immunity: The tea can improve the CONA to stimulate spleen
lymphocyte proliferation response, increasing the body's resistance.

The tea contains tea polyphenols. It can improve the vitality of the

health care: The fluoride content in tea is 27.3-146.6 PPM. The
appropriate fluoride can prevent tooth decay and enhance their tenacity.
Usage:
Place
one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Switch the
kettle off, before it boils, when you hear the water rumbling. Add the
hot, but not boiling, water and infuse for 3 minutes. Serve immediately
or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.
Storage:
It is best
not to use glass jars, porcelain pots, boxes or medical bottles to
preserve Rou Gui tea, as these these containers have some shortcomings:
fragile, allowing light to affect the tea, and not moisture-proof. It is
recommended to use dry jar or refrigerator to protect the tea.
