MADE BY HAND
The weaver starts by selecting long, straight seagrass then dry them in the sun to make them pliable. After that, the weaver will start weaving the seagrass/ rattan together, creating the base of the basket. Once the bottom is completed, the weaver will gradually work their way up the sides, continuing to weave the seagrass together until the basket is the desired height.
