During firing, the Floating Blue and Sapphire glazes react to the temperature and atmosphere in the kiln so that each bowl is unique. This bowl is just right for microwaving a single serving of hot cereal or soup and are equally good for cold foods as well.This bowl is wheel-thrown stoneware clay. The bottom is ground smooth with a slight ring at the edge, known as a foot.
