Crab leg is a parasitic plant found in tea trees over one hundred years old. Excessive picking of wild crab leg has made them rarely seen nowadays. As a perennial herb, it is shaped like a small coral. It is called ?crab leg? by the locals for the tips on the parasitic branches.
As it grows on the tea tree it absorbs flavour from the tree and makes a sweet, refreshing drink, hot or cool. The liquor was almost colorless with a light tinge of orange. There is a creamy mouth feel and aftertaste, almost milky.
