This large school bell is made of solid polished brass and has a beautiful wooden handle that has a comfortable fit for the hand. Despite it's antique look, it is a fully functional bell with an impressive ringing sound that can be heard from a long distance away! The classic design is reminiscent of the handbells that school teachers used to ring to let students know to return to school after their mid-day break. Measuring 8.5" tall, it is the perfect size bell to keep on a desk. Perfect to use as a dinner bell, school bell, call bell, or as a lovely decoration for your home.
