Grown in the mountains of Yunnan Province, this tea's flavor is full and satisfying. Sweet and mellow Spring picked leaves with lots of white hairs. Silver Thread tea is a Spring picked twisted leaf variey. This full flavored tea produces a smooth cup. The flavor is full bodied and the liquor (liquid) is a yellow green. It is a good everyday tea with meals or in between. Use a full level teaspoon with water that is about 170 degrees. Let steep for 2-3 minutes for a rich cup, less time if you like it light. Use leaves 2-3 times if desired.

• Green/White - 1-4 Minutes - Steaming (150-180 F)
• Oolong - 1-3 Minutes - Light Boil (165-190 F)
• Pu-erh - 2-10 Minutes - Rolling Boil
