Bai Mu Dan or Pai Mu Tan white tea is a type of white tea produced in Fujian province, also known as white peony tea, which has one leaf shoot and two young leaves. White Peony tea is a sweet, mild Chinese white tea made from 
unopened tea buds and two newest sprout leaves. The liquor is golden and bright. White Peony tea has a clean, succulent floral-fruit flavor, melon sweetness, a touch of gentle and rounded mouthfeel. If you are beginning your exploration 
of white tea, or even just tea in general, the White Peony tea will give you a wonderful experience. The shown bai mu dan is 2018 yuqian grade I. Yuqian means the picking time of this tea is before Gu Yu (one of 24 solar terms, each year  
around April 20)     Our Bai Mu Dan is made from carefully picked tea buds and leaves from the Da Bai (Big White) strain of tea trees, undergoing just steaming and drying to leave it close to its natural state. White Peony tea 
is the favorite of white tea lovers, because its fuller flavor and greater potency than the other type of white tea. Yuqian tea moistened by rain and dew, containing the more nutrient substance.

How to use:
1. We recommend using glass-based or porcelain tea ware.

2. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water.

3. Use about 4-5 grams of tea leaves for every 150ml-200ml of water.

4. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 85°c (185°F) to 90°c (194°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing.

5. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
