本品選用雲南省勐海縣茶區生長在原始森林裡的大葉種大樹曬清毛茶為原料，其海拔均在1600米以上，屬南亞熱帶高原季風氣候帶，冬無嚴寒、夏無酷暑，一年只有旱濕兩季之分，雨量充沛，土地肥沃，有利於茶樹的生長和養分積累。
本品採用傳統工藝適度發酵，高溫蒸壓精制而成，極具香氣唇高、棗香味明顯，湯色紅濃鮮豔，口感順滑等特點。This product is made of big-leaf tea grown in the primeval forest in the tea area of Menghai County, Yunnan Province. Its altitude is above 1600 meters, and it belongs to the subtropical plateau monsoon climate zone. There are only two seasons of dry and wet, with abundant rainfall and fertile land, which is conducive to the growth and nutrient accumulation of tea trees.
This product is moderately fermented by traditional techniques and refined under high-temperature autoclave. |
