ABOUT TAETEA
The oldest hand-made tea method has been used to retain the original taste of Pu'er tea.
-
Founded in 1940, TAETEA is a leading tea producer in China. Inheriting the eighty-three-year-old classic approach of manufacturing Pu-erh, TAETEA has been providing the top-tier quality tea and as time goes by, the characteristic will only be even more distinguishing.
TAETEA Pu-erh uses sun-dried green tea made from large-leaved assamica plants as raw materials that grow in an area of a mild climate, abundant rainfall, and sufficient light

How to store Pu'er tea?
Shade: Pu-erh tea cannot be exposed to the sun. It should be stored below 30 degrees Celsius (do not store it in the refrigerator). Keep it indoor with a year-round temperature between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius.
Ventilation and Dry: Pu-erh tea should be stored in a relatively dry place with a maximum humidity of 75%. However, much dehydration will slow down the aging of Pu-erh tea, so it needs certain moisture. Place a glass of water next to the tea leaves to increase the humidity in the air slightly when it is stored in an arid environment.
-
How to make a cup of Pu'er tea?
Input: Weigh 8 grams of tea leaves, or add some more if you like ( the ratio of tea and water is about 1:20).
Washing: brew with boiling water then pour it quickly to awaken the tea and its essence.
Brewing: Inject boiled water at a fixed point; avoid high impact; ensure the temperature.
Pouring: brew for 5 to 8 seconds to pour soup quickly. Thrice, after, prolong the infusion appropriately.
Tasting: Distribute the liquor evenly into the cup. Three mouthfuls each time, and be aware of the tea’s temperature.

How to Storage Puerh Tea
- Ventilation: Internal ventilation, ventilation in the warehouse space, but not ventilated outdoors, can be ventilated once every 1 or 2 months. If the moisture content of the tea is below 6%, it can be sealed and preserved. It is best not to seal the new tea within 1 or 2 years.
- Cool: Tea can not be exposed to the sun, need to be stored below 30 degrees Celsius (not stored in the refrigerator), do not deliberately create temperature, normal indoor temperature can be. It is the best storage condition for tea to stay between 20 and 30 degrees.
- Dry environment: Puerh tea should be stored in a dry environment with a maximum humidity of no more than 75%. However, a too dry environment will make the aging of Puerh tea slow, so there must be some moisture. In a drier environment, a glass of water can be placed next to the tea leaves to increase the humidity in the air.
- No odor, no pollution: No need for decoration in the storage space, the materials used are non-toxic, no strong irritating odor.
